My Naturopathic
Philosophy

I see people everyday who are fed up with short-sighted solutions.
Pill after pill, they might feel a little better, but the underlying cause of their symptoms never gets addressed. Instead, they’ve just put a bandaid over it. I want to get to the root of the problem so we can rip that bandaid off and help you feel your best.
01/
I want to know everything about you.
Your body isn’t a collection of separate parts — everything is connected. That’s why we talk about your stress and sleep when you’re struggling with bloating, or why waking up at 3 a.m. every night doesn’t automatically mean a sleeping pill is tossed your way.
02/
Evidence informed natural therapies
My approach blends modern scientific knowledge with natural, evidence-informed therapies to support your body’s ability to heal. Everything we do is focused on uncovering the root cause of your symptoms and understanding your health in the context of your whole life.
03/
No major overhauls or extreme changes
Instead, I focus on the most achievable steps that will have the greatest impact. Sometimes that means a short-term solution — a “bandaid” — to help you feel well enough to start tackling the bigger changes. The goal is always to set you up for lasting success through practical, impactful action taken at a  pace you can sustain.
Better questions get us better answers. Pair that with a toolbox of advanced testing and natural therapies, and we create a plan that helps you feel great and reach your best health.
Naturopathic Medicine is for people who...
have had their symptoms dismissed or minimized
Prefer to reduce reliance on medications when possible or reduce side effects of necessary medications
Are curious about the connection between their symptoms, lifestyle and their health
Want to focus on optimizing their performance
Want to focus on longevity and preventative medicine
Many of my patients
are people who...
Are high-achievers or caregivers feeling the effects of their many responsibiltities
Are students balancing the load of school, work, athletics, and having a life
Don’t remember the last time they felt like themselves
Are doing everything “right” but still can’t seem to make any progress
...it’s also for anyone else who is ready to feel better, understand their body, and get to the root of their health concerns.
